Research On The Circular Economy Examplary In Hangzhou City

The theory of circular economy and practices in many countries has shown that circular economy was dependent on the harmonization of the human being and nature since 1990s. According to the circular economy, the simulation of running manner and law of natural ecosystem and the sustainable utilization of resource could change social production from matter increase in quantity into service improving in quality. Developing circular economy could solve the fierce confliction between economy improving and resource and environment in the economy development, harmonizing the social economy development and natural environment, and achieve the sustainable development ultimately.In order to realize economical sustainable development and establish resource-saving and environmental-friendly economical form, Hangzhou government decided to proceed to the circular economical experimental units. The article used the examples of circular economical construction in Chemical Corporation of Hangzhou Fuchun River and Industry function Park of Fuyang Gaoqiao to carry out the exemplary research of the circular economy of Hangzhou.Base on the information collection of domestic and overseas and spot research in the Industry Park of Gaoqiao, the author summarized the theory and practical experience of industry ecology, circular economy and circular economical construction, analyzed the actuality and problems of the Industry Park of Gaoqiao, and brought forward the construction idea of Industry Park of Gaoqiao in the near future.Specifically, this article mainly included three aspects:Firstly, on the aspect of enterprise circular economical construction, the Chemical Corporation of Hangzhou Fuchun River was used as the example to evaluate the result of circular economy construction and analyze the current problems through autoptical research and analysis. Accordingly, the key points of the construction were identified and the final solution scheme was brought forward.Secondly, on the aspect of circular economy construction of the Park, the sustainable supply chain feasibility of the industries in the park was researched through the example of circular economical construction of Industry Park of Fuyang Gaoqiao. Based on the industry ecology principle and zoology industry chain fundamentals, the author came up with three zoology industry chain scheme: thermoelectricity—construction material, thermoelectricity—rubber, plastic industry after adding waste recycle companies, adjusting the industry frame and production scale, and extending the industry chain,.Thirdly, on the aspect of circular economy management system, this article basically designed and researched administrational system, technology and information.Finally, the article summarized a set of working procedure of circular economy construction and projects the industry development and circular economy construction of Industry Park of Gaoqiao in the future.
