The development of financial institution in Anglo-Norman is important for the formation of medieval English financial institution. Based on Anglo-Saxon system, framed in Norman dynasty's feudalism, medieval English financial system was able to form its own characters. Mutual attack among little countries and unification of kingdom generated unified kingship in England. At the same time, structure of king's revenue got its form gradually, financial officials ,such as county and hundred, and Danegeld were inherited by Norman dynasty. Norman Conquest's influence on English history is a theme deserved debated. The Conqueror William brought with him the feudalism which had developed maturely in Normandy, in this frame, based on conditional land holding, it formed three financial characters: king should live on his own; land-holding decides the content of lord's revenue; lord's financial requirement should be with vassal's consent. Financial officials in Norman dynasty mainly inherited from the dynasty before, the establishment of Exchequer is the greatest achievement.
