| The rural tourism obtained a rapid development in the rural areas of China since the 1980s, it is a good way to promote economic development in rural area, but rural tourism have some negative effects. The community operation can't get rapid development, the outside investments make rapid development but fail to benefit the community.In order to resolve the problems of rural tourism, the thesis discusses the organizational mode of rural tourism. The thesis defines the government led, outside investment and community operate mode of rural tourism. Study the operation and harmonious development under different organization mode of rural tourism, research into the affects from the operation of rural tourism to harmonious development. The thesis explores the stakeholder theory and the stakeholders of rural tourism, research the community involvement of rural tourism, take about the sustainable development of rural tourism at the same time.The thesis introduces the harmony management theory into the rural tourism research, designs the scale of rural tourism operation and harmonious development, modify the questionnaire after the consultation of professors and interview of the residents of rural area. The data collection gets 97 number of rural destinations, tests the rWG(J) of date and integrated three questionnaires into one.The result reveals that the three out of four dimensions of organization mode have obvious effects to the development of rural tourism. Comparing the three modes shows that the government-led mode have a good performance of development and benefit the community, the outside investment mode develop well but fails to benefit the community, the community operation mode have no good performance in the two dimensions of the harmonious development of rural tourism.The rural tourism operation should improve the infrastructure, develop more tourism activities, enhance the management, increase the advertisement, these are all vital to the success of rural tourism. |
