Research On Symbiotic Development Mode Of Rural Tourism

As is known to all,the development of rural tourism can create employment opportunities and increase income for local villagers,greatly improving their living standards.However,along with the rapid development of rural tourism,the involvement of tourism enterprises,governments and tourists(all stakeholders of rural tourism),in addition to the original villagers,is complicated.Along with it,vicious competition and increasingly prominent contradictions among the units of symbiosis of interests have emerged.How to coordinate the conflicts of interests of all parties and further realize symbiosis and development has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the symbiosis theory and Amartya sen's independent development theory,this paper takes Dachong village as a case to study the symbiosis development model of rural tourism by combining field research and theoretical research.Symbiosis,as a new development model,is generally evaluated by means of industrial integration,path analysis and cognitive evaluation from micro,medium and macro aspects.This paper uese the factor analysis method to build "to the villagers as the main body in the core symbiosis,and the local government,tourism enterprises,tourists and the villagers four symbiosis between subjects" symbiotic development model,and the symbiosis between subjects classify some of the key factors: based on connection degree is different,it can be dividedinto key symbiotic factor,secondary symbiotic factor,general symbiotic factor.For example,the key factor of village-government symbiosis is "social security",the secondary factor is "improving the environment",and the general factor is "fairness and justice".Villagers--the common symbiotic factor between enterprises is "fair employment";The key symbiotic factor between villagers and tourists is "increasing income",and the secondary symbiotic factor is "communication and sharing".The key symbiosis factors between villagers and villagers are "harmony and friendship","mutual learning","independent respect","close contact" and "mutually beneficial cooperation".Based on the symbiotic factor classification,and is verified in use village analysis,found that use a village in rural tourism development still exist some problems,the villagers with the government,enterprises,tourists and some symbiosis between villagers factor does not play the best effect,in order to promote the development of the harmonious coexistence between the four symbiotic subjects,need to coordinate the relationship between the interests of all parties.Based on the field investigation of Dachong village,this paper found problems and put forward optimization strategies for the symbiotic development of rural tourism,so as to provide support for further improving community participation,promoting the harmonious symbiotic development of rural tourism and realizing sustainable development.
