In recent years, with the improvement of exterior environment, the farmer cooperative develops rapidly. Now, there are more than 150,000 farmer cooperative economy organizations nation-wide. Those farmer cooperatives join 23,630,000 farmres. However, our country's farmer cooperatives face problems in general as follows: low quantity of cooperative members, small cooperation scope, loose cooperative relations and the low survivability. One important cause of those problems is that the farmer cooperative interior trust is insufficient and the cooperation insufficiency caused by it. The social capital theory points out that trust can raise the social economy efficiency by promoting cooperation. In some sense, the farmer cooperative is one kind of the trust structure which organizes well. It is a prominent characteristic of the farmer cooperative that it has formed a trust structure which takes the farmer cooperative's capable person as the core. This kind of structure is playing more and more vital role in the promotion of economic gain of the cooperative members. Therefore, studing the influencing factors of the cooperative members' trust to the cooperative manager, and promoting the cooperative members' trust to the cooperative manager, is not only important to promotes the cooperative members' cooperation behavior, but also important to improve the fanner cooperative's economic efficiency.This paper studies the influencing factors of the members' trust to the cooperative manager by exploring the problems that farmer cooperative faces and their unique characteristic. Chapter two makes a thourogh review on both domestic and foreign scholars' research on organization's interpersonal trust. Chapter three constructs the empirical analysis frame, considers the farmer cooperative's actual situation and analyzes five influence factors, including the cooperative manager's ability, the cooperative manager's integrity, cooperative manager's reputation, cooperative members and manager's relations as well as the manager's concern on the member of the cooperative. Chapter four analyzes the relations of trust and its influencing factors about the cooperative members to the cooperative manager through factor analysis and dual logic regression analysis.This paper finds out that cooperative manager's ability, cooperative manager s integrity conduct, the cooperative manager and member's relations as well as cooperative manager's concern on cooperative members are four common factors. They have the remarkable influence on the trust of the cooperative member to the manager. However, influence of manager's individual reputation is not significant. The factor loading matrix indicated: manager's ability mainly depends on the professional skills, management and operation ability. The manager's integrity mainly depends on handling matters impartially. Manager and member's relation mainly depends on friendship. The manager's concern on cooperative members mainly depends on listening to suggestions of members.Finally, the policy implications are generated. First, farmer cooperative should increase training to promote the cooperative manager's professional skills and management ability. Second, farmer cooperative should select cooperative manager publicly and set up rules and regulations to ensure the cooperative manager to handle matters impartially. Third, farmer cooperative should strengthen the contact to form good relations between the members and the manager. Finally manager should expand democracy to collect cooperative members' advices widely.
