Research On Composing And Measuring Of Trust Cost Of The Farmer To Specialized Cooperative

Trust is the most important part of the social capital. The value and the importance oftrust is big. Trust is not an easy thing to get, you need to go through some effort anddedication to get. Even giving others trust, making trust decisions have enormous effort to do.In short, during the process of establishing a trust relationship, both sides need to take theinitiative actively to control their own behavior, pay a lot of effort to establish and maintaintrust relationship, thereby reducing the uncertainty during the process of interaction and avoidopportunistic behavior. In other words, trust has cost.Currently, the connotation,extension, measurement methods and influencing factors oftrust research are very much, these studies mostly from sociology and psychology areas, buthow to build trust, maintain trust, enhance trust have few research methods and paths.Therefore, this reference in the relevant theoretical foundation of trust and transaction cost,we put forward the concept of trust cost, divide the dimension of trust cost. Because the scopeof research in social trust is too macroscopic,we limit the scope of this study to the farmercooperative, focusing on the trust cost from the farmers to the cooperatives. After establishingthe trust cost scale structure, I did an investigation, and finally used scale refining technologyand exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis analyzed the resulting data, theresults showed that the scale of trust cost had good reliability and validity,exploratory factoranalysis showed that the dimension of information cost, system cost, psychological cost,monitoring cost are reasonable,confirmatory factor analysis showed that psychological costhad different degree of impact to system cost, monitoring cost, information cost,this studyfrom a cost perspective in trust provides the underlying causes of mistrust theoretical basisand measurement tools for future academic research. In order to verify the scale of the trustcost, based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process, we set the index weight,and eventually got anestimate of the trust cost,the results show that the size of the trust cost is consistent with thereality.
