The modern tourism is a new industry full of vigor and vitality, and is called the sunrise industry because of its strong requirement, fast development and broad prospect. As the core component of tourism, scenic regions will become the source of power to push the deep developments of tourism and the increase pole to the tourism industry.The continuous development of economy in our country and the improvement of the economical globalization and the people's living standard have brought unprecedented opportunities to scenic regions. At the same time, the competitions in the scenic regions are becoming intense, superheated and global day by day. The service quality comes to be the key point to the competition. This situation makes the scenic regions aim at the service quality in order to win the reputation, markets and tourists, So that they will develop healthily and continuously. So the control of the service quality has become one of the core problems to the development of the scenic regions. The most important thing to improve the service quality is quality standardization, which also the most urgent matter to the development of the scenic regions in our country. The service quality will bring about valuable promotion only after the management of scenic regions is strengthened and the standard service is implemented well. This article analyzes the problems among the scenic regions of our country and their causes by studying the scenic regions, service quality and the construction of standard service system. A standard service management mode to suit the realization of scenic regions'service standardization of our country can be raised by comparing the service quality of China with that of some foreign countries. It also tries to find a way to create a standard service quality system in scenic regions by taking Shanhaiguan Pass, a scenic spot, as the example. It consists of six parts.Part I: Illustration of the background, research object, research methods and the significance of the research work.Part II: Illustration of the significance of research on the standard service system and system construction by introducing the development and the concerned literature.PartIII: Main theory basis of standard system of service quality and definitions of some concerned concepts.PartⅣ: Main idea of the standard service quality system of scenic regions. It explains the key steps making up the standard system of service quality in scenic regions and the main elements of the system. Then the connotation and epitaxy of standard system are clearly stated. PartⅤ: Research of service quality of scenic regions. The problems among the scenic regions of our country and the causes are analyzed by comparing the management of service quality of China and foreign countries. It points out that there has a gap in the management of service quality of scenic regions in our country. And an effective way to improve the service quality is introduced.PartⅥ: Research on the standard system of service quality of an example - Shanhaiguan Pass. By constructing a standard system of service quality and studying the operation methods of Shanhaiguan Pass as an example, the writer states the importance of establishing a standard system of service quality in scenic regions.
