Study On Mechanism Of Knowledge Sharing Based On Knowledge Market Among Enterprises In Supply Chain

As a very important and effective external knowledge source, implementing knowledge management in supply chain is an effective measure to improve operation performance and competitive power of supply chain as a whole. Knowledge sharing is core content of knowledge management in supply chain. The concept of knowledge market which can promote knowledge sharing to realize is presented in the process of researching internal knowledge sharing. As supply chain is a cooperation alliances composed by many independent corporate entities, the knowledge sharing in supply chain is inter-firm knowledge sharing across the border. Obviously, knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain is more difficulty than internal knowledge sharing, and need a practical mechanism to guide, incent and regulate, but knowledge market is such a mechanism.Firstly, the model of knowledge flow in supply chain is constructed and the layer of knowledge flow is analyzed. The feasibility of establishing knowledge market to realize knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain is analyzed from three aspects. The composing of knowledge market in supply chain and its managerial mode are researched, and then the process of realizing knowledge sharing through knowledge market is divided into two successive phases: knowledge trading and knowledge transfer.Secondly, the types and the principal-agent relationship of knowledge trading among enterprises in supply chain are analyzed, then the analysis for two types of knowledge trading of supplying driving and demand pulling which the manager of knowledge market participates in are done by using principal-agent theory. Meanwhile, the results of two models were compared.Finally, knowledge transfer among enterprises in supply chain is researched. The process model of knowledge transfer based on knowledge market in supply chain is constructed form two aspects of the stages and the layers of knowledge transfer, the influence factors in the process of knowledge transfer is analyzed, some countermeasures of promoting efficiency of knowledge transfer are put forward.
