With the international trade development and economic globalization, retail internationalization is gradually becoming the main trend all over the world. More and more well-known international retail corporations have extended toward to the oversea market competitively. With China reform and opening up policy, a lot of international retailers have entered China market, which they treat as an important strategic market. It may be said that opportunity and challenge exist at the same time to Chinese retail enterprises, and it also presents unprecedented of internationalizing and competing situation.Under this background, Retail corporation internationalization has already become a hotspot for different scholars, including Commercial, Marketing and Economics majors. This thesis researches China retail market internationalization from the aspects of market, and finally we bring up the status and influence by the China retail market internationalization.Currently, we have researched a lot on the problem of Retail corporation internationalization, but few on the Retail market internationalization. It points out shortcomings of China retail law policy, giving to its countermeasure. It is useful and scientific. It offers bases for China local retailing to develop.Firstly, the thesis points out the difference between the retail market internationalization theory and the manufacturing industry internationalization theory. I divide the retail market internationalization course and analyze that whether the market opened too much or not. Secondly, the thesis researches the factors and the status of China retail market internationalization. Thirdly, it deeply analyzes the influence brought by China retail market internationalization such as the problem of the abuse of dominant position of multinational corporations. Finally, it brings forward some suggestions to improve retail market further.
