the concept of scientific development requires us to promote rapid economic growth,while must also pay attention to the quality of economic growth and the transformation of the growth pattern.However,due to China's technological level is not high, greater reliance on technological introduction, our enterprises have less competitive advantages and just lie in the low-end of the global value chains,and it also palys an important role in the slow transfering of the economic growth pattern.Therefore,enhancing the ability of independent innovation, improve the technical levels, and promote technological progress is the most important way to change the economic growth pattern.Surrounding the independent innovation and economic growth pattern transformation, academics launched a large number of studies about it,however all of the articles have a assumption:independent innovation could promote the transformation of the economic growth pattern.So how the independent innovation activity change the pattern of economic growth?What about the precondition?There are few artciles researching about.This paper follows the rutine and has done relevant research from two perspectives of qualitative and quantitative.The main conclusions as follows:independent innovation activities have an important impact on the transformation of the economic growth,in the micro-level enterprise'innovations can stimulate the production function to a high level and improve the efficiency of the allocation of production factors.In the industry-level,innovation can form integrated effects and clustering effects,optimize the industry structures,and enhance the competitiveness of industries.In the macro-level innovation can greatly enhance our products'international competitiveness, change the trade status, and fully integrate into the wave of globalization.However,we should be clear that the main independent innovation activities are enterprises.Only enterprises continuously innovate can China's technology research and development capabilities improve quickly and China can be stand among in the big countries as well.Of course, enterprises innovation can become the main activities of independent innovations, promote independent innovation as the transformation of the mode of economic growth "driver" must also have a certain macro mechanism (or the environment). These include: the price of production of production elements can reflect the scarcity of the producion elements;officials performance evaluation standards could encourage them to pursue scientific development; the national income distribution structure is more reasonable; form the mechnism of production and research,ects six aspects. Only when we have these prerequisites, can enterprises have both "incentive" and "restraint" to continuously innovate.In the three part of this paper ,talking about the independent innovation and the China's current transformation of economic growth pattern,the rusult is that independent innovation is far from promoting economic growth to assume the heavy responsibility of the economic groth pattern transformation, which means that independent innovation plays an small part in the transformation of the economic growth pattern,which not only reflects the current weak independent innovation capacity of the current situation also means that China's capability of independent innovation but also there is still much room.To make efforts in the resources of innovation, innovation mechanisms and innovative strategies and innovative environment,and form independent innovation activities of the incentives and restraint mechanisms,we can enhance our country's capability of independent innovation fundamentally, promote the transformation of the economic growth pattern.
