Scientific And Technological Progress And Economic Growth Of Shaanxi Province Collaborative Research

Today, technology advances rapidly and technological progress has become the primary drivers and a decisive element of economic growth . Therefore, economic growth and the interaction between scientific and technological between the development of the theory of economic growth has become an important issue. Shaanxi Province, as an example of empirical research, which riches theoretical significance in scientific and technological progress and economic growth, such as the analysis of its collaborative nature between scientific and technological progress,to provide Shaanxi Province with refrence of decision-making, is the significance of this study and the main purpose of this paper.In this paper, domestic and foreign scientific and technological progress and economic growth theory and the different countries are reviewed about scientific and technological progress and economic growth in synergy on the basis of comparison, and give analysis for Shaanxi Province at the present stage regarding the level of economic growth and technological strength. And mainly through estimateing the contribute made by progress in science and technology in Shaanxi Province,which is on the relevance and synergy. In this paper, the following findings and conclusions of innovation are concluded: Shaanxi Province's economic growth and technological progress is not collaborative, science and technology system constraints are not the main reason for synergy, it is necessary to achieve coordinated development of the science and technology system in Shaanxi Province to carry out innovation, focusing on innovative scientific and technological resources are the ownership of the conversion system, the establishment of an effective investment in science and technology system, the development and close integration of economic and social development of science and technology policy, such as the transformation of government functions. Research methods are: a comparative analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, quantitative analysis method, empirical analysis and normative analysis.
