With the development of international economic situation, independentinnovation has become one of indispensable conditions of national and regionaleconomic development, and was stressed in the11th five-year development plan inChina. But the economic development style in China is still traditional model, whichrelys on high investment and consumption to maintain, and is difficult to adapt tosocial development and meet the needs of the growing life. So it needs to changeeconomic growth mode to build an innovation-oriented county.In this paper, it constructed scientific and technological progress and economicgrowth system, established all kinds of coordination model, and used SPSS andEviews statistical software analysis to study the coordinated development oftechnology and economy. The specific research contents are as follows:(1) The contribution of scientific and technological progress to economic growth.The research on contribution rate and the calculation methods, maked us realizedeeply the importance of science and technology in economic growth, and were usedfor research between technology and economic coordination.(2) Index systems, weight and coordination model. It mainly introduced theselection principles of evaluation indexes and calculation method of weighting, andexplored several coordination models.(3) The research on coordination mode in Zhejiang. Based on the comprehensivedevelopment degree and synchronization coefficient, to establish evaluation model ofcoordinated development between scientific and technological progress and economicgrowth in regional.With the relevant statistics of11cities in2010, it analyzed allkinds of scientific and technological progress and economic growth mode and itsperformance.(4) The research on coordination mode in typical regional. Take Wenzhou andYangtze River delta for example, to build coordinated degree model betweenscientific and technological progress and economic growth, and study the coordinateddevelopment situation in the two typical areas. At last, put forward the correspondingpolicy recommendations.
