With Enterprise Information building in depth, application level and quality of constantly improve, enterprises urgently needed integrated, automated information management system to support the rapid development of enterprise business needs, but because of the phased construction of information decision, the information enterprises in the course of constructing the information construction the top-level design or master plan giving neglect or lack of understanding, resulting in system integration, scalability relatively poor, isolated islands of information seriously, restricted the enterprise information in leaps and bounds. Thus, the urgent need to proceed from the overall situation of enterprise information systems planning and integration.This text is divided into four chapters, the first chapter on the background to the study and the methods used by the main technicalThe second chapter is devoted to the use of information resources planning theories and methods in the project of information resources planning in Xiamen port group, and use of modern technology framework of the enterprise information system to the overall concept of information resources planning can be broadly divided into two stages-requirement analysis and system modeling. The requirement analysis phase, through a comprehensive business analysis and data analysis on the production and business activities of enterprises with standardized manner described.
