The 21ST century is not only the knowledge-based era, but also the era of experiencing and creative economy during which the creative industry is becoming the driving force for the development of more and more countries and regions. Creative industry, characterized by artistic value, chain effects and high added value, etc, pours great energy into it's related industries. In tourism industry, creative industry can put creative elements into it, and improve the mobility and participation of the tourism products. This article makes a tentative study on the tourism products development from the view of creative economy. During the process of research, the author summarizes the effects of creative economy on tourism industry, and expects to find out the basic regulations embodied in it.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction. First, the author introduces the background and the current research about creative industry and tourism creativity at home and abroad. It turns out to be that many researchers talk about creative industry, while few people integrate creative industry with tourism industry. This paper is mainly based on tourism creative theory, tourism semiotic theory, and cultural tourism theory, meanwhile, it bases itself on the theories of tourism sustainable development, tourism systematic science, tourism marketing theory in order to supply a solid7 theoretical support for the effect of creative industry on tourism. At last, the paper clarifies the theoretical and practical meaning of itself. All the contents make full preparation for the whole passage, and are the starting point and basis of the whole research.In the second part, the paper firstly states the author's understanding about creativity: then it introduces the creativity of tourism products; neatly it simulates the model of tourism products creativity based on the model of creativity. Then the paper analyzes the cultural creative industry and cultural creativity in tourism industry, and try to put forward the thought of creative economy in tourism, which are summarized as follow: we should integrate and interact tourism industry with cultural creative industry; we should emphasize the artistic and cultural creativity, and bear the concept of creativity in the process of tourism development. At last, the author explores the definition of tourism creative industry, which is the core of whole passage and also it is the establishment angle, the view of creative economy.In the third chapter, the author firstly analyses two typical angles of tourism products development, and points out that the basic concept and program of the creative development for tourism products. Then it analyzes the creativity of tourism marketing. The contents in this chapter are relatively inadequate, whereas the author tries to find the basic regulations in the creative development of tourism products.In the fourth chapter, the author analyzes the tourism industry creativity in Dalian, puts forward the development strategies for creative industry in Dalian tourism, and analyzes the advantages of the creative economy in Dalian. At last, basing on the analysis of creativity development in Dalian tourism, the author makes the case for the creative plans of Dalian tourism. As the author emphasizes the creativity of products, so the author didn't expound on the basic theory in the tourism development.Chapter five is the conclusion. The paper summarizes some tentative and innovative conclusions, and looks forward to the future of the relative questions.
