This article studies one kind of tourism product which can promote the tourism scenic area to innovate and to enhance the competitive power of the tourism product-culture creativity tourism product. The text divides into seven parts.The first part is introduction, introduced this article research background, study region, the method, the significance, the innovation and the goal frame, and carries on the analysis to the correlation research, including domestic and foreign cultural creativity industry concept, development, research focal point as well as cultural creativity industry and tourism fusion development. Then found that this tow has displayed the mixture tendency which has proven the research culture creativity tourism product necessity.The second part has studied the cultural creativity tourism product basic question, including the cultural creativity tourism product's defination, the emergency, the character, the types, the effection and the external performance, the aim is to attract peoples' attention.Part three founded this product's model which made up of supplies, demand, the environment and a secondary circle level, they affecting the cultural creativity toursim product productions' development together.
