Along with rapidly economic growth, society's progress, the personal income largely improvement and central tendency, people's attitude, idea and processing mode about the personal wealth have been greatly changing. How to manage personal wealth gradually becomes the key point the people pay attention to. Personal financing is a system, which needs individual investors handle many kinds of investments tools in different investment markets. After China entry into the WTO, foreign commercial banks will capture the quality customer by their abundant fund, flexible managerial mechanism, rich managerial experience, capture the high quality customer. The fierce market competition forces the domestic commercial bank to develop the new business domain, seeks the new profit growth space. Personal financing becomes the commercial bank survival and develop trend by its broadly domain, much batch, low risk, individuality, stable income and high attachment value.Under such background, it will become the question which our country banking will urgently solve, the questions contain how to seize the high quality customer, capture the customer market, gain a bigger profit, face the challenge; How to develop personal financing, deep the connotation of financing, provide individual service for customer, form the unique enterprise culture, enhance the core competitive of commercial bank,.This article introduce restrict factors of personal financing through the situation of our country and propose the respectively solution. It elaborates the method and strategy of developing personal financing with domestic and foreign banks' experience. We will further understand the connotation of personal financing service, and effectively instruct the practical work. The whole essay contains five parts .The first part introduces the definition and social background, including the definition, characteristics, the theory foundation and the personal financing history of domestic and foreign bank. The second part analyzes the situation, mainly from development course and situation of personal financing, explains the inevitability of developing financing service. The third part specifically concentrates on analyzing the exist problem, inability to product innovation, shortage of financing talents, outdated technique supports and lower levels in marketing, etc and proves the social background and results. According to the analysis of chapter third, the fourth part gives some solving methods respectively. The fifth part takes Chinese Construction Bank example, regarding the banking profit of personal financing service by data analysis, simultaneously it proposes its existing problems of personal financing.
