Since the reform and opening up, Chinese economy development and progressrapidly,as well as the Chinese residents continue to accumulate wealth, and culturallevel of quality continues to improve, people’s idea of wealth, wealth works graduallychange people’s growing sense of financ, gradually have financial awareness of thegrowing financial needs.In addition, since China’s accession to the WTO, the financialreform policy environment, a large number of foreign banks go into the Chinesefinancial market, foreign banks have a very rich experience in financial operations,strong financial strength, all of which makes the financial market competitiontraditional banking deposit margins smaller loans, which makes Chinese commercialbanks have to open up new profit growth businesses to respond to an increasinglycompetitive market.Personal Financial Services as an intermediate business of banksis a new way to profit growth for most banks which are looking for.On the significance of this study, the financial institution is the earliestcommercial banks, China’s financial markets is an integral part of playing a pivotalrole in the national economy. In addition, in recent years, as the economy continues todevelop, the residents continue to accumulate wealth, personal wealth and residentsdisposable income growing, the demand for financial products is also growing, so theresearch paper is necessary. this paper study the following aspects of the wealthmanagement business development strategy of China’s commercial banks:The first section briefly describes the purpose, significance, methods used in thestudy and possible innovations of this thesis. The second part explores some expertsand scholars at home and abroad to finance commercial operations research theory.The third part of the foreign commercial banks through personal finance businessdevelopment strategy analysis, to provide a reference for the development of thebank’s wealth management business.The fourth way to explore the use of empiricalanalysis of the factors affecting the residents to purchase financial products. The fifthsection of financial products through case analysis to explore their strengths andweaknesses and the opportunities and threats related.This paper concludes believes that the development of financial services in orderto better must be carried out from both endogenous and exogenous aspects, shouldincrease the endogenous innovative financial products, financial brand building,financial talents, take proactive marketing strategies, will have to take on exogenousdifferentiation strategy to provide different services for different customers,strengthen cooperation with other financial institutions, to enhance the client’sinvestment philosophy and knowledge.
