| Since the industry revolution, golbal economy has developed greatly as a result of the scinence and technology.so has the human being's life. However, many uncivil factors can be found everywhere as well:environmental pollution is deepened ,resource waste and shortage become urgent day by day.The alarm bell has been knocked frequently by environment and resource crisis, which are caused by developing economy blindly. Facing the golbal problems,people's awareness of environment-protection has been strengthened. As a result, worldwide envrionment protection springs up.International trade is regarded as the engine of the economy development, however, it also causes some environmental problems. Packing, as a part of goods,has connection with environmental problems,so does the packing industry. Packing and packing industry pollute environment to some extent,people begin to pay attention to them accordingly. Therefore environment-protecting packing occurs in the international trade. Series of conventions have been reached,WTO pays more attention to environment,some developed countries promulgate laws about packing, all these unavoidably affect the international trade .When these measures are for trade protection ,they become the barriers for market entry and reduce the competition of products in fact. China is a developing country, it's also a big country in trade and resource consumption. However environment destruction has influenced its international trade and econmy development. Green packing measures are obvious reprensentative. How to harmonize packing and trade and environment? How to adapt green packing wave? How to transcend packing barriers ? All the problems are urgent to solve. This paper discusses the packing problem in international trade detailedly: define the green packing first and clarify its therory base;analyze its influence on international trade dialecticaly, the necessary to develop our green packing and the tactics to do so . |
