Analysis On The Supporting Condition Of Science And Technology To Circulatory Economy

With reinforce and spread of the power and extent of negative effect of science and technology, it had threatened the environment we live, and even ourselves. This problem asks us to reflect on the development of science and technology. For this, humanity put forward the concept of Circulatory Economy. And Circulatory Economy is advocated and developed by many countries do their utmost as a new economy pattern. In this article, basing on the theories of sustainable development, Ecology, philosophy of technology, sociology, set up an ideal pattern of supporting condition of science and technology to the Circulatory Economy.The first part introduces the basic theory of Circulatory Economy.
