Study On The Role That Science And Technology Plays In Constituting Circulatory Economy Of China

In China, the contradiction between steady high increase and the unbearableburden of resources and environment has become sharper, which is in great need ofpeople's serious thought on the original mode of economic development. ThusCirculatory Economy is put forward in allusion to this contradiction and is a neweconomic mode which is suitable for the development of China. To developCirculatory Economy and what role does scientific technology plays are keyproblems to be solved.
