The process of world economy globalization has promoted the adjustments of electronics industry since 21st century.The high rapid of technology update,the personalized demands of customers,the shortening of product cycle,the rise in the cost of manpower and the fierce competition of the industry has pushed enterprises to improve their management level.How to reduce cost and improve quality has become the focus of the industry.More and more manufacturing enterprises realized that relying solely on their own resources is difficult to meet the market requirement,so the concept of supply chain management rose in the proper time and conditions.Due to the product line refining and the complex production process,the number and span of suppliers has been larger and larger.Only when establish supplier relationship management system with appropriate method and for the purpose of win-win development can increase the competitiveness of the whole supply chain and every link,and also make the enterprise can response to outside pressure.Samsung Electronics China is one of the giant manufactories of the smart consumer electronics,who has its unique system of supply chain management.But it also has weaknesses on the supplier relationship management.Therefore several quality problems occurred.The quality problems not only bring economic loss to Samsung Electronics but also damage the interests of consumers.Nowadays,electronic products upgrade and be eliminated at full speed.Whether the products can keep pace with the times and remain vitality depends on whether the enterprise operates effective management of suppliers or not.Therefore enterprises must improve supplier relationship management,select appropriate suppliers and help suppliers to improve product quality and service,build up efficient supply chain,in order to obtain greater competitive advantage.This article bases on the theory of supply chain management and supplier relationship management,introduces the present station of Samsung Electronics China's supplier relationship management,analyzes the problems exist in Samsung Electronics China's current supplier relationship management,and puts forward feasible optimization measure.On the issue of imperfections of supplier selection and evaluation system,this article use ABC analysis method to distribute the weight of evaluation indicators.On the issue of ambiguous supplier classification,this article classifies suppliers according to their product's contribution to Samsung electronics,and chose different developmental strategy.For the problem of supplier incentive mechanism,this article suggests to enrich material and spiritual incentives,and use negative incentive fairly.In this way enterprise can motivate suppliers and improve their loyalty.Aiming at cultural difference with local suppliers,this article uses information sharing and cultural blending to solve the problem.It also suggests supplier involvement in new product development and conduct supplier satisfaction survey every regularly to bridge the gap of power between Samsung Electronics and supplier.At the same time,this article formulates other auxiliary safeguard such as process rebuilding of purchasing and establish supplier training system and finical support.With all the solutions,this article hopes to promote the establishment of strategic partnership among different partners,and reach a excellent win-win situation.
