So the relationship between the supplier and the enterprise has received increasing attention .In the supplier relationship management, the issue of "the cooperative relationship between the enterprises and the supplier, and how to maintenance the relations" is growing importance, therefore, this article will focus on this issue and study it further.In this paper, at first, introducing the research background, motive and purpose, and making a review of supplier relationship management and supply chain management. Pointed out that the supplier relationship management increasingly aroused concern, at the same time, its research also constantly expanded and still needed many related studies to enrich its theory further. The past relevant literature is mainly concentrated on the studies of enterprise and supplier relationship management, the supplier selection and evaluation, the strategic cooperation and so on. But the influencing factors of the cooperative relations between the enterprises and the suppliers, and how to maintain the cooperative relations in a long term, those studies need to research further. So the paper takes these perspectives as a starting point. Combining supply chain management and supplier relationship management, from the transaction cost theory and Game theory point out the view that the long-term cooperative partnership between the enterprise and the suppliers is necessary. The suspension of cooperation will have a negative impact on the enterprise, so need to prevent risks and further strengthen the cooperative relations further. So the research focused on the cooperative relations maintenance mechanism in the supply chain environment. Basis on the status of domestic enterprises supplier relationship management, pointing out that enterprises and suppliers have strong driving force to maintain their relationship. By analyzing the key impact factor on the long-term cooperation, then discussed the cooperative relationship maintenance mechanisms and the implementation. In order to reducing the cooperative uncertainty in supply chain, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, improving the competitiveness of enterprises and achieving the win-win cooperation between the nodes on supply chain, To let the whole supply chain get sustained and coordinated development. Finally, the paper relies on the actual situation of the enterprises on the manufacturing and its supplier management as a study case. give some advice on how to maintain a long-term cooperation with their supplier.
