The Study, Based On Corporate Information Culture Of The Enterprise Information Strategy

As information technology deepened constantly in all aspects, modern information technology applied in the enterprise management as well as network economy and knowledge management appeared, enterprise information culture is becoming a part of enterprise culture. It is not only an important part of enterprise culture, but also the component of information culture. The construction of enterprise information culture plays a significant role on the function of information technology and information system in enterprise. From the point of enterprise culture, it can be understood as the inner information spirit and quality of individuals and groups in the enterprise. As the content of enterprise culture, enterprises recognize the importance of information in the management, so they gradually nurtured enterprise culture by strengthening information management, and promoting enterprise information technology. In the access of information technology, it forms the concept, such as information awareness, information behavior, information value, and information image, etc. It is the information resources, information technology and information activities which the employees rely on. It also combines material culture, spiritual culture and system culture in the management.For a long time, with the development and construction of our enterprises, we did not pay much attention to enterprise culture. It led China's enterprise information culture to build backward, and affected the process of enterprise information construction seriously. Nowadays, strengthening enterprise information culture building has become an urgent task. The research of enterprise information culture, including their characteristics, composition and the function of enterprise information strategy, and so on, would help them to achieve enterprise information better, and improve the core competitiveness in the operation of enterprises. It can also accelerate the process of modern enterprise culture.To solve these issues above, this paper presents a new enterprise information strategy model as follows: information resources management strategy, information technology strategy and information systems strategy. Based on the strategy model, we present the enterprise information culture strategy in enterprise information strategy.
