In this paper, enterprise informatization is taken as the research background. Through research on the State-owned power enterprise organizational structure, the State-owned power enterprise systems and the State-owned power corporate cultural change in the process of informatization, and through analysis of the correlation and the interaction between the informatization, the enterprise systems and the corporate culture, the key factors affecting the synergy of the three mechanisms is identified. The conclusion is that the process of enterprise informatization will definitely lead to revolution of the State-owned power corporate business processes, the State-owned power corporate organizational structure, the State-owned power enterprise systems and the corporate culture; and this conclusion is proven by supplementary case studies. The purpose of this paper is to further grab the State-owned power corporate management's attention to the problems in enterprise organizational structure, the enterprise systems and the corporate culture in the process of enterprise informatization, and to find ways to improve the success rate of State-owned power enterprise informatization construction methods; and this paper points a direction as to how to solve problems related to the enterprise systems and the corporate culture by means of information technology.
