Tianjin Within The Industry Structure

"State Department's opinions on some related issues concerning on advancing the development and opening up of Tianjin Binhai New Area issues" was promulgated on May 26, 2007, approved Tianjin Binhai New Area of the integrated support for the reform pilot area, according to the state's requirements, Tianjin should connect closely with the Binhai New Area, and experience some important reform and opening measures, and expand the realm or the reform field through the comprehensive support, and promote the development and opening up. The history of the modern economic development shows that the faster development and the larger proportion of the new industries of the tertiary industry, the larger contribution to the national economy of the tertiary industry. So some problems such as the internal structure of the tertiary industry is reasonable or not, and the development direction of the proportion of the tertiary industry are concerned by more and more people.Aiming at this situation, this article analyzes deeply the internal structure of the tertiary industry in Tianjin.The main goals of the research: analyzing the internal structure of the tertiary industry of Tianjin systematically, as well as internal characteristics of various levels between the coordinated developments of the relations. At the same time, judging the development stage of the tertiary industry in Tianjin and learn from the successful development experiences of modern service industries of the cities, whose urban development process and internal structure is a reference, In addition, establishing the industries' affected output model, and analyzing the internal structure of the tertiary industry of Tianjin and putting forward the policy recommendations of optimizing the internal structure of the tertiary industry of Tianjin according to the output of the model.This paper discusses three aspects: First, Constructing the internal structure theory of the tertiary industry of Tianjin. Setting the theory of the industrial and city development as the theoretical basis of the internal structure of the tertiary industry. Second, analyzing the characteristics of the internal structure of the tertiary industry of Tianjin systematically and in-depth. From the value added output, as well as from the cities whose tertiary industry is developed, identifying the structural features of the tertiary industry of Tianjin. Third, establishing the internal factors affecting output model of four levels of the tertiary industry of Tianjin, and finding the linear regression equation of the four-level of the tertiary industry, and analyzing the impact of all variables to the output, and putting forward the policy recommendations of optimizing the internal structure of the tertiary industry of Tianjin.The method used in this paper includes: dynamic analysis, comparing analysis, combined method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, etc.
