With economic globalization, technological innovation and development, domestic enterprises have been facing a critical stage of organizational change in recent years, which results have an important effect on enterprises' survival and further development. Many enterprises are confronted with the problem of keeping corporate vitality and entrepreneurial passion to improve their reaction to environment in the course of seeking sustainable development and competitive advantage. In the fierce global competitive environment, established enterprises can survive unless they launch corporate entrepreneurship for innovation, new venture opportunity and strategic renewal. By so far, there are few empirical researches studying organizational change under corporate entrepreneurship. Based on the corporate entrepreneurship theory and combination of organizational theory and organizational learning theory, organizational change characteristics under corporate entrepreneurship were identified and the relationships among organizational change characteristics, organizational learning and organizational performance were also identified.The hypothesis was proposed that organizational change characteristics include four dimensions - risky innovation, dynamic integration, network interaction and cultural diversity and that organizational change characteristics had a positive effect on organizational performance in existing enterprises through organizational learning, as well as that types of corporate entrepreneurship activity had a moderating effect on the relationships between dimensions of organizational change characteristics and organizational performance. The sample was focused on mature enterprises that had been set up for 42 months and was collected from some districts, such as Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Chongqing and so on for 191. Interview research, case study and questionnaire research were used to modify research construct and analyze data through Spss13.0 and Amos5.0 tools for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis.The results showed that (1) organizational change characteristics under corporate entrepreneurship is a multidimensional construct, which was interpreted and labeled: risky innovation, dynamic integration, network interaction and cultural diversity; (2) the effect of risky innovation and dynamic integration on innovation performance were partially through organizational learning, the effect of network interaction on operation performance was partially through organizational learning and on innovation performance was fully through organizational learning, the effect of cultural diversity on operation performance and innovation performance were both fully through organizational learning; (3) the relationships between organizational characteristics and organizational learning were not the same in different corporate entrepreneurship activities. In the innovation, risky innovation, network interaction and cultural diversity had a positive effect on organizational learning. In the venture, risky innovation and cultural diveristy had a positive effect on organizational learning. In the strategic renewal, network interaction and cultural diversity had a positive effect on organizational learning; (4) Organizational characteristics and organizational learning were significantly different among nature of industry, types of ownership and types of industry.In the end, research results were discussed, as well as contribution to theory and management practice, the limitation of this study and the direction for future research. Then main conclusion was summarized.
