Now the competition between companies become fierce, so lots of managers take much account on the human resource, which is the most important resource in the companies. Any organization won't succeed if it lacks organizational citizenship behavior. In other words, whether a company has competitive advantage or could keep the advantage, it mainly relies on employees and employees' organizational citizenship behavior. Corporation entrepreneurship is a new strategic practice, which is helpful to hold competitive advantage and improve organizational performance. According the literature review, we learn that the studies on the relationship between corporation entrepreneurship and organizational citizenship behavior were few, and the researches on how the corporation entrepreneurship influences the organizational citizenship behavior were much fewer.Based on the practical and theoretical needs, in order to promote the organizational citizenship behavior greatly in the companies, this thesis tries to explore the process of how the corporation entrepreneurship influences employees' organizational citizenship behavior. After the literature review, the author bases on the corporation entrepreneurship theory and the organizational behavior theory, introduces organizational learning and organizational characteristics and explores how corporation entrepreneurship influences employees' organizational citizenship behavior.We divide my study into two periods: in the first period we adopt the method of structural interview, in the purpose of exploring the key dimensionalities of corporation entrepreneurship and the practical context of why corporations mostly want to promote organizational citizenship behavior, which could exam the rationality of my design. The result of the interview is listed as follows. Innovation,venturing and strategic renewal are the key characteristics of corporation entrepreneurship. Promoting employees' organizational citizenship behavior with the method of corporation entrepreneurship is consistent with the practical condition in the companies. To interpret the relationship between corporation entrepreneurship and organizational citizenship behavior from the view of organizational learning is a novelty.In the second period, we adopt the method of questionnaire research. On the basis of 148 questionnaires valid, we make exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and analysis of variance. The study indicates as follows: Corporation entrepreneurship strategic practice affects employees' organizational citizenship behavior. That means that the more corporation entrepreneurship practice achieves, the better the organizational citizenship behavior performs. Corporation entrepreneurship practice promotes employees' organizational citizenship behavior greatly, but the relationship is mediated by organizational learning. Organizational characteristics moderate the relationship between corporation entrepreneurship and organizational learning. In other words, with the high-level management support, corporation entrepreneurship affects organizational learning in much greater extent.Finally, we probe into the theoretical development, practical significance and inspiration to enterprise management from the study, and then point out the limitations of the study and the direction for future research.
