In the 21st century, enterprises'competition will be transformed from among the enterprises to their supply chain. With the main trend of the world economic globalization, the enormous change has been taken place in enterprises' surviving environment, the complexity and uncertainty of the market are increased, the modern information technology is developed rapidly, the competition is becoming fiercer. Under this kind of background, supply chain management emerges as the time require to improve the enterprises'competition power. So how to win the market with the lowest cost and the fastest speed, and make their supply chain to become their core competition power. One of the most important basis is supply chain location problem. This paper was based on this demand, improved the previous supply chain programming model, and set up a set of solutions to solve the multilevel distribution center problem. This paper firstly defined multilevel distribution center; secondly put forward a set of solutions to solve the multilevel distribution center location and layout problem; thirdly made an improvement to the previous gravity location model, changed the transportation cost coefficient from a fix constant to a flexible variable, and not only proved it's strengthes from the theory but from the demonstration analysis; fourthly this paper took manufacturing industry as an example, utilized improved gravity location model to find the first level distrubution center, and used mix integral programming and CFLP to find the second level distrubution center for every divisions.Furthermore, this paper used multifold assistant methods and tools. This made the solving problem process more creative and valuable. When it comes to improved gravity location model, which is used to find the first level distribution center, this paper utilized statistic theory and software to estabish the transportation cost equation, and computer modeling to simulate the whole operation process, these made the solving process easier and replicable. When it comes to the mix integral programming model, which is used to find the sublevel distribution center, this paper also used computer modeling method to find the feasible solution.
