For a long time, there is the traditional view that farmers with the land are not lose their jobs. therefore, we have always been concerned only urban unemployment problem. the number of unemployed in the statistics only includes urban unemployed population , the unemployed population in the rural areas isn't included. However, with the corse of industrialization, urbanization, marketization and internationalization, fanners face more pressure on employment and more risk of unemployment. The problem of farmers of hidden unemployment appear and a large number of unemployed fanners emerge. . The unemployment of farmers not only affects the growth of economy and the long-term development of the whole society, but also affects the infrastructure of agriculture in the national economy. therefore, how to take the methods to make the problem of unemployment of fanners is urgent to resolve. In the background of China's realities, the thesis focuses on the the problem of unemployment of fanners, from the aspects of macroscope and microscope ,theory and politics ,and demonstrated that the unemployment of farmers is an inevitable trend to social development and the unemployment of farmers have largely impact on the community. So ,we we must pay close attention on it. Finally this paper give two proposals to solve the problems of the unemployment of fanners. Based on socio-economic development and policies, we give the proposal of urbanization. To increase their skills of job, the farmers not only have basic education training, but also strengthen the training of vocational education. Therefore, it is good for three dimensional rural issues and become a well-off society.
