Study On Current Situation Of Unemployment And Policies Of Governance In China

As a the universal economic phenomenon in the world, Unemployment is not only concern with all the peoples' profits but also with the economics development and society stable in a country. Solving the unemployment embodies the sciences development views and have very important influence for the building the harmonious society and achieving the great goal of a well-off society in an all-round way. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic unemployment situation in our country recent years with the unemployment theory. Our country city unemployment rate maintenances very high and rural unemployment population is very large, the unemployment people which served in state owned enterprise previously have tremendous difficulties to find new job, the graduate from the university become the new unemployment groups. This situation shows that the characteristics of our country unemployment are total amount unemployment and structure unemployment. Secondly this paper think that the causes of our country unemployment can count for five reasons total amount reasons, structure reasons, institution reasons, technology reasons, quality reasons etc. thirdly, this paper suggest a series of strategies for solving the unemployment in our country, such as set up the employment mechanism oriented by government, create the chance of employment positively, increase human capital, quicken the system of society security, improve the labor market. Finally, this paper uses the case of Jiangning district in Nanjing to prove the views.
