Exploration On The Relationship Between Enterprises Culture Construction And Ideological And Political Education

With the development of economic globalization and knowledge economy, the competition between modern enterprises is increasingly represented by the competition of the enterprise culture. A leader decides one years’ development of an enterprise; three years’ development of an enterprise relies on the system and ten years’ development is decided by culture. Here it shows how important the enterprise culture is for the long-term development of enterprises. With the further development of the socialist market economy, the values, business philosophy, work style and behavior of enterprises and employees in different systems changes a lot. The sense of efficiency, competition and service is growing constantly, but the excessive pursuit of economic benefits leads to the serious social problems which will effects the development of enterprises, such as in order to reduce production costs, the enterprise discharges pollutants illegally which will result in environment pollutions; in the pursuit of excessive profits, enterprise manufactures and sells fake and shoddy goods which will damages the interests of customers, etc. The function of enterprise culture is to guide the enterprises and employees with the right values, to restrict the employee behavior with moral and system to establish a good relationship between enterprise and society, enterprise and employees, employees and employees which can realize the long-term development of enterprises and help the enterprise to undertake the social responsibility.Ideological and political education is the lifeline of all works. The traditional state-owned enterprises in our country have formed a set of effective traditions of ideological and political education in the long-term practice which plays an important role in the healthy development of enterprises and rapid development of national economy. But with the development of the socialist market economy and social transformation, not only the nature of the enterprise, but also the ideas and values of employees change a lot. Therefore, ideological and political education of enterprise should adapt to the new changes. Enterprise should takes the socialist core values to guide the ideological and political education work, to update the education content and innovation teaching methods constantly, to improve the ideological and political quality of enterprise employees, to enhance the cohesion and creativity of employees and to supply a solid political and ideological guarantee for the long-term and healthy development of enterprises.I dealt with enterprise culture training and ideological and political education promotion work in some enterprises. Due to my experiences, I found that the trainings in most enterprises are not organized or be planned which is just crash and temporary response. The main reasons are as follow:the leaders and employees don’t understand the content, features, functions of enterprise culture and enterprise ideological and political education in theory and how to handle the relationship between them. In order to build an excellent enterprise culture, to improve enterprise ideological and political education, to provide support for enterprise development, to enable enterprises to take up the construction of a prosperous, democratic, civilized, harmonious historical responsibility of a modern socialist country, it is necessary to research and explore the content, feature, functions of enterprise culture and ideological and political education. The paper discusses the enterprise culture the ideological and political education and the relationship between them from the following aspects.The Chapter of Introduction first introduces the research background and significance of the paper. In the era of economic globalization and the knowledge economy, enterprise culture is related with the future and destiny of the enterprise and also relates to the healthy development of the national economy. Ideological and political education of enterprise is the lifeline for the enterprise. During the system transformation process, it is important to carry out ideological and political education when facing different stakeholders and employees who have different value. Secondly, the chapter introduces the domestic and foreign research on enterprise culture, ideological and political education and the relationship between them which contributes a lot for the paper. The chapter also includes the research method and innovation of this paper. Literature research method, descriptive research method, cross-disciplinary research and competitive approach is used in the paper. Because of the consistency and difference, both the enterprise culture construction and ideological and political education education should be improved during the enterprise development process. Two parts should exist by side and improve each other which can supply a strong motivation for the development of enterprises. This chapter sets up the ideological basis for strengthening the enterprise culture construction and ideological and political education.In Chapter Three, firstly the current status of enterprise culture construction and the ideological and political education in our country is analyzed through literature research and empirical analysis which discloses the existing problems during the process of integration.
