Research On The Interaction Between Enterprise Culture Construction And Ideological And Political Education

With the process of the movement of scientific management,especially whenthe great call “China dream” put forward by the General Secretary Xi Jinping,the enterprises try harder to understand the cultural construction.Sinceinnovation and opening of china, west culture comes in our country.It has acertain impact on our traditional culture.At this time,we should pay moreattention to the ideological and political education.As the interaction of theenterprise culture construction and ideological and political education has richconnotation, they can provide the spiritual foundation for the survival anddevelopment of enterprises, help to enhance the effect of ideological andpolitical education.The purpose of this paper is to improve the level of the enterprise culturalconstruction and to innovate the ideological and political education of theenterprises.Take the present situation of the enterprise cultural constructionof a joint-equity commercial bank as an example,and linking theory withpractice,hunking the relationship of the enterprise culture construction andideological and political education.Focus on the effect of the work ofideological and political education in the enterprise and the society.And tofind a way how to educate the staff by value concept of socialism.
