The new Science and technology revolution that broke out in the last century leads to a great change to mankind productive pattern, which makes mankind production transform industrial economy times to knowledge economy times. This forces us to re-study mankind productive pattern, especially , the quality and the value-creation of the teachers' labor which trains labors in the knowledge economy times.Teachers' labor is non-productive labor that doesn't create value in the traditional theory, which conflicts the fact in the knowledge economy times. Today, teachers' labor ,which trains labors, play an important role. It not only trains labors, but also is a part of the direct knowledge-production; not only it creates value, but also the quantity of the value created by it is huge in the whole value-creating process ,and the quantity will become more and more with the development of the science and technology. That demands that we should re-study teachers' labor with the knowledge economy under the direction of the Marxism.To study the quality of teachers' labor, the productive labor in the socialism market economy must be studied firstly. To do that, not only the classic theories on the productive labor are reviewed, especially, Marx' theory, but also the arguments on the productive labor in china are analyzed. After that, from the view of the relation of production and the productive forces in the socialism, the productive labor in the socialism market economy is analyzed with the Methodology how Marx analyzed the productive labor in the capitalism. So we know that the productive labor in the socialism market economy is all the labors in the industry, agriculture and the third industry that create the use value and value, provide surplus labors and surplus things, develop the productive forces in the socialism and meet the Socialism purpose. Secondly, teachers' labor is studied after the productive labor in the socialism market economy is analyzed. In the first place, teachers' labor is the service labor that create value. Teachers' labor provide invisible products which affect the labors ,are materializd in the labors and become a part of the value of the labors. In the second place, teachers' labor is a part of mankind labors that is always combined with materialized labors in the mankind history. Lastly, teachers' labor not only develop mankind productive forces, but also meet the socialism's aims. In a word, teachers' labor is a productive labor which creates value.Labors' identity is changing and presenting the characteristic of commodity with the construction of the socialism market economy. So we can analyzed the value composition of the labors in the socialism market economy as we do it in the capitalism market economy. Labors have use value and value. Use value and value are created by specific labor and abstract labor respectively. Teachers' labor plays an important role in the re-production of labors. Traditional theory analyses the value composition of the labor from the view of the life material and think labor's value will reduce with the progress of the science and technology. So traditional theory can't explain the phenomenon that labor's value rise with the progress of the science and technology because it ignore live labor's role in the re-production of labors. In fact, the training cost in the value composition of the labors include the value of the material, which is diverted into the value composition of the labors, and the value that spends on teachers' live labor. As a special labor, teacher's live labor is a changeable quantity that create not only the living material value that maintain their basic life but also surplus value. Meanwhile ,work forces' live labor may create value in the re-production of them. The real value of the labors is bigger than the living material value that maintains labors' life in the traditional theory. The value that is created by live labor will become bigger and bigger with the progress of the science and technology. This tell us :Teachers' labor play an important role in the re-production of labors.The value that is created by teachers' labor is materialized into labors and is transformed into commodities that are produced by the labors. Traditional theory think the value composition of commodity is W=C+V+M. But traditional theory ignores the value which is created by the live labor of teachers and labors in the re-production of labors, so labors' value should include unchangeable capital C' and the value that is created by live labor including the V1 that is created by teachers for themselves, the M' that is created by teachers for society and V2 that is created by the live labor of the work force. The value composition of labor is V=C' +V1+V2+M' ,so the value composition of commodity should be W=C+ C' +V1+V2+M' +M.From above formula, we can see teachers' labor is one of the sources of the civil income.At present, the study of teachers' labor have necessity and significance. The study of teachers' labor will make contribution to maintain and develop Marxism, to clarify the improper understanding of teachers' labor, and to encourage all teachers to work hard.
