Eenterprise enhance competitiveness the organizing of information system resources has become very significant for many businesses. The enterprise resource planning as for company information to provide fully integrated solutions. ERP have been worldwide to obtain extensive promotion and application it is on behalf of the advanced of the management ideas and methods. A lot of companies have started investing in research on this area in order to provide entire access comprehensive content. For example:Digital, UFIDA, SAP, ORACLE, IBM...etc. However, the re-organization of the whole process involves a wide range of departments within a company and the human resources to accomplish the goals are limited. A variety of reasons for its failure, process reengineering, affects the scope of the organization into account their large, limited human resources, must undergo an assessment and consideration of various aspects may take place, especially for large scale easily contain hundreds or even thousands of activities in process changes in the strategy process is not easy to implement. Thus, it takes detailed planning and evaluation to have a successful outcome in this process. Resolving these problems in more efficient and more accurate ways requires using technology. Technology then becomes the first priority for a lot of corporations.With continual improvement in technology, the fence between the international market and the wide range of consumer demands is gradually disappearing.Therefore, corporations have to change their traditional ways of thinking and organizing. Companies are no longer producing large quantities of products to satisfy the market; Instead they choose to produce widely ranged products in "lesser'amounts to satisfy consumer' needs. For aluminum extrusion companies, it is necessary to have the correct strategy with accord to environmental changes in order to survive.Therefore companies that have such visions are all persevering to heighten their abilities to compete. The lowers the cost of productions and reduces the time of completion of the projects.1) The collection of the company's files and records about the project,2) The interviews of every single personnel involved in the project and3) The recordings of the whole process of applying ERP at every stage.The study is summarized (by using scholar's studies) into five execution stages and twenty-two successful key factors. 1) The discussion of whether or not at every stage, from the beginning till the completion of the system, the company is putting in enough efforts,2) The discussion of which stage's incompletion might affect the process of a later stages and3) The discussion of the problems that might surface at every stage of the applying process, and the solution for them.1) Understanding the key aspects of applying the ERP system at every stage,2) Discovering (after researching the whole process of applying the ERP system) at which beginning stage, the company has to pay more attention to make the whole process more efficient at a later stage and3) Focusing on the problems that might occur during the process of applying the ERP system into the company's structure and ways to make the applying process more efficient as a whole...
