China Opening Up Of Service For Multinational Investment

The opening of China service industry has made great achievements since the reform and opening-up about twenty years ago. Transnational corporations take a mass of capital, advanced technology and management experiences. This paper points out that the study of effect on transnational corporations by original countries service industry is important, which based on reviewing the theory of the transnational corporations service investment. Therefore, it has theoretical and realistic meaning by studying the effect of the China service investment environment and the opening policy. This paper uses the quantitative and qualitative methods to analysis the China service investment environment. From the conclusion, we can see the scores of the municipalities and the provinces of eastern coastal are higher than other provinces, we should improve the service investment environment of middle-western regions provinces. Furthermore, we analysis the process of transnational corporation investment under the China service opening policy. It takes on some characteristics and some problems after entering WTO. At last, we give some suggestions to solve these problems.
