Sichuan Enterprises Credit System Research, And Development Issues

Social credit system is a crucial element of the social economic system. And enterprises, as cells of national economy and the most principal part of the market, whose credit system is no double the main body of the social credit system. However, the enterprise credit of China is quite discomforting because of its default behaviors, which has badly hindered the consummate development of the market economy. Take Sichuan, one of the west cities of China as an example. The side effects of those enterprise credit default behaviors, such as cheating, bilking and bribing, on its economic and social development are obvious. Therefore, it is urgent to pay more attention to the enterprise credit condition of Sichuan and manage to construct an optimum enterprise credit system, which will be of great significant to cure the enterprise credit default as well as promoting the social economic development.After a considerable study of literatures and monographs home and abroad, the author begins the thesis with the general principles of credit introducing the concepts and classification of credit. Secondly, based on detailed data analysis, the critical situation and serious consequences of enterprise credit default in China were addressed. Thirdly, by analyzing the cause of the enterprise credit default, the pressing necessity of constructing enterprise credit system was put forward. Then with the analysis of the current enterprise credit system home and abroad, the author discussed the offered constructing model for Sichuan's enterprise credit system together with its constructing progress. Finally, according to some newly appeared problems and personal experiences in practice during the process of enterprise credit system constructing, the author advanced some worthwhile suggestions for the further development of Sichuan's enterprise credit system.
