Dongfang Boiler Industrial Restructuring

Entering the 21st century, the innovation of state-owned enterprise playing a more important role than before with the economic innovation in China. The Dongfang Boiler (Group) Co.,1td was the branch of DBC. For solve the difficulties in it's development, guided by the rules of "crack main industry and development of secondary industry", and the issued policies by ministry and commissions, DGC was innovated successfully. The guiding ideology was accordance with the principle regulations, open and transparent, the "Withdraw from the three 100%" principles of management relations.This paper uses a case analysis approach to the successful implementation of the DGC's restructuring as a typical case. According to the historical evolution, the development of the industry and competition of state-owned enterprises, and enterprise strategy formation to expound. DGC's reformation provides some measures as follows:(1)Ensure that the state-owned assets, to achieve a profit from the transfer of state-owned assets to maximize, raise restructuring costs.(2) Ensure the legitimate rights and interests of workers.(3) The reformed enterprises to enhance long-term development, the consolidation of the restructuring accomplishment, ensuring social , business and government for the long-term stability.After we researched the reform of the DGC, the paper will explore a new successful way about innovation of state-owned enterprises, and conclude or obtain some useful experiences for others.
