Generally, the personal growing history of a leader, and his personalities and values formed in this process, often has thought-provoking relationship with his theory of business management and his corporate culture. The formation of a leader's character always comes down in continuous line with the social and cultural background of his life. What kind of character of a leader has could bring positive effect for leading force? What types of genes can be sourced out from his character? Taking these questions, this article will give researches in view of traditional culture on the common points of characters owned by those outstanding leaders under the background of mainstream values of China, and on the relationship between those characters and leadership.French yearbook school once had opened up a new heaven in historiography research, which they turned their emphasis from politics, geography, humanity and other external factors to the historic person himself. For the research of Chinese enterprise history, besides the analysis of social background and trade transformation, there is still an important reference system that is the entrepreneur's personal factor. Today when traditional culture is returning back and getting revived, researches on what influences for enterprise and its leader and employee will be given by new attention to culture, furthermore, how to hold its relationship and change it into the favorable factors for the development of that enterprise will have great realistic meanings.
