In recent years,the behavior of patriarchal leadership has been proved existing in Chinese enterprises according to the study by economic experts.Some experts think that human society had developed from “matriarchal power" to "patriarchal power ",and the “patriarchal power” has been not only symbolic of Chinese culture but also western and the whole humankind culture.So,the patriarchal leadership under the background of patriarchal power has been existing in enterprises and organizations all over the world for a long time.But the paternalistic leadership has been a serious decline for it conflict with the values of democracy and the values of contemporary western society.The study of the efficiency in patriarchal leadership has been concentrated on two aspects.First of all,the behavior of patriarchal leadership has been proved existing widely in Chinese enterprises and community organizations.Second is to promote the efficiency of the behavior of patriarchal leadership in management.LS company had gone through the states of establish and high-speed development as one of a private enterprises in China and gone through a bottleneck period in pursuing development meanwhile.The corporate governance and the styles of leadership need to be adjusted when the factors had been changed such as social cultural,market,stakeholders and employment relations during 22 years of development of LS.The styles of leadership which had been proved effective become resistance because that the leader of LS always run the company by experiences and inherent way.The conflicts are mainly manifested in the problem of employment relationship,stakeholders and organizational citizenship behavior of employees,which triggered the problem of healthy development issues in development.The case generalize a conclusion from facts that the paternalistic leadership performances positive and negative influence in the different stages of enterprise development by combination of the Moral leadership,Beneficent leadership and Authoritative leadership.The case also analyze the deeper cause of the problem and put forward a series of solutions by the basic theory include style theory of leadership,ethical concept,Organizational Behavior and corporate governance.We will learn from the case that it should be act according to circumstances to rule the company by deferent compound mode of three dimensionality of the Patriarchal leadership.The findings and suggestion in this thesis are based on the results of previous and the practical experience from actual work by author.However,the construction of theory is not very perfect because the theory of patriarchal leadership which based on local Chinese enterprises is still scarce.So,the advantages or disadvantages of the patriarchal leadership have yet to be studied more deeply.
