Rural Tourism Development Model, In The New Southern Jiangsu Model

Under the new pattern of southern Jiangsu's development, its' economies develops vigorously , the environment improves step by step, urban resident's life improves further, people's need of rural tour and holiday tour is becoming more and more, higher and higher. However, being short of systematic research of the rural tour of southern Jiangsu area at present, many problems exist in the development, such as product attraction lacking, community participation lacking, benefit assignment being unreasonable. Opportunity and challenge faced made that how to design rural tour product, how to make the community participate in, how to distribute the benefit under the new pattern of southern Jiangsu a problem which rural tour development of southern Jiangsu faced.Based on the theories of the new pattern of southern Jiangsu, constructions of new countryside , community participating, this paper makes analysis among the new pattern of southern Jiangsu, the construction of new countryside and rural tour development in detail, investigates the advantages, characteristics and aims of rural tour of southern Jiangsu, through study on the spot and the questionnaire investigation, know about present situation of rural tour and the existence questions. Based on these, puts forward the prospect and target of rural tour under new southern Jiangsu pattern, proposed some factors on the base, conceived the development pattern of rural tour under the new pattern of southern Jiangsu on the base of analysing of factors of rural tour development, and proposes some measures and items that should be pay attention to. Then, takes rural tour development of Huaxi as demonstration analysis.Conceiving the development pattern of rural tour under the new pattern of southern Jiangsu is the most innovation of this paper, relied on advantages of the new pattern of southern Jiangsu, under the inducting of the government, drived by market and economy, embodies region interactions, interactions between city and village, industry interactions, achieve new science and technology of agriculture and industry, new forms of tour product, new pattern of community participating, new scene of village. Finally, reach the goals of rise of industry benefit, harmonious development, optimization of environment, rise of farmers' incoming. Otherwise, deeper development of rural tour of southern jiangsu is referred to, such as whole image, management of brand.
