Development Strategies Of Rural Construction In Southern Jiangsu From Gentrification Viewpoint

With the advancement of new urbanization in our country,the urban-rural relationship has begun to reshape,and the urban-rural factor flow pattern has also undergone a new transformation.Capital and power,talents and technology return to the countryside,rural gentrification have emerged.The rural gentrification group brought capital,channels,technology,etc,to the village,bring a great impact on the current rural planning and construction,which greatly filled the rural capital and talent vacancies,curbed the spread of hollowing out,and was a driving force of the rural revitalization.In this context,this paper takes the rural areas of southern Jiangsu as the research object,and through the in-depth interpretation of the theory of “rural gentrification”,combined with the analysis of the development stage and development status of the rural areas in southern Jiangsu,discusses the process of gentrification in the rural areas of southern Jiangsu.Rethinking the rural self-worth and proposing a reasonable development and construction strategy,aiming to provide some decision-making basis and theoretical support for rural revitalization in southern Jiangsu.This paper uses a combination of literature analysis and field research to analyze trends,summarize problems,and propose strategies.Firstly,starting from the development and evolution of the rural areas in southern Jiangsu,this paper reviews and analyzes the staged dynamic characteristics of the "population flow" and "talent direction" of rural development in the southern part of Jiangsu Province since the reform and opening up.Then,combined with field research,analyzes the basic conditions,opportunities,types,driving mechanisms and obstacles of the development of rural gentrification in southern Jiangsu,and summarizes the Space production,social life,local style and security management issues in the development of rural gentrification in southern Jiangsu.various problems such as: the capitalization and co-opetition of settlement space,and the alienation of agricultural space have led to the alienation of rural production functions;group replacement,stratum differentiation and the accompanying resource allocation hierarchy have aggravated rural social life differentiation;the influx of gentlemen's groups caused the village to be seriously eroded by urban culture,which made the tangible landscape of the countryside commercialized,and the intangible text symbolized;the backwardness of the guarantee management system makes the villagers lack of continuous protection in the process of rural gentrification,the rural landscape is destroyed,and the crisis of rural unsustainable development is obvious.Finally,based on the above research and analysis,the country-based,urban-rural integration,cultural integration,class integration,social integration as the goal-oriented,based on the perspective of rural gentrification,promoting the transformation and reconstruction of production system through the human effect;Mixed living promotes living space optimization and remodeling;Multi-integration guides ecological culture reconstruction;Multi-party linkage promotes perfection of institutional system,etc.It proposes the development strategy of rural construction in the south of Jiangsu Province from multiple angles and levels.
