Many scholars from home and abroad have already done some conceptional researches on Person-Organization Fit,but most of them focus on that whether the corporate culture can attract some types of the people.This research wants to know more about the situation whether the personality of people fit the corporate culture will make some works on his job performance when the employee comes into the company.This paper uses Big Five Mode(Extraversion, Neuroticism,Agreeableness,Conscientiousness and Openness)on the personality, and divides corporate culture into Support Culture,Creativity Culture,Efficiency Culture and Bureaucratic Culture by two aspects as introversion/extroversion and elasticity/control.On these basic,we make hypothesis on the fit of personality and corporate culture,and the affection to the job performance,we also check the hypothesis by demonstration analyses.
