Corporate culture has always been a hot topic in the field of businees management, Excellent corporate culture can promote enterprises to increase competitive advantage. Corporate culture is the leadership culture,entrepreneurs affect the entire enterprise in their personality.Recently,people pay more and more attentions to merchants personality of the impact of culture.Shaoyang merchants'group as a emerging merchants'group in the central region of Hunan Province plays a vital role in the Hunan Province economy.This paper attempts to study the shao merchants personality of the impact and diversification of corporate culture.Firstly,the paper summary domestic and foreign related articles in the field of merchants personality,corporate culture,merchants personality of the impact of corporate culture.Then defines the personality of the variables Shao from the analysis of Shao definition of commercial personality,characteristics,content,and determine the status of Shaoyang Culture Inventory on the basis of many measurement of corporate culture. The author taked advantage of Factor Analysis to assort 12 personalities of Shao into three typical factors——resolute determination factor,innovation factors,team factors.by using statistical analysis tools to analyze the sample characteristics.And discussed the relationship between Shao personality and corporate culture through the use of the correlation and regression analysis.The results show that Shao personality benefit corporate culture.This study discussed the positive analysis of Shaoyang merchants'personality influence on corporate culture construction making use of On-Way ANOVA,proved the positive correlation with Shao personality and corporate culture. As a modern merchants group, Shao should keep their resolute and fortitudinous personalities, increase their social responsibility, strengthen the opening and cooperation consciousness, in order to improve their cooperate administration level to establish better management system and enhance their independence innovation awareness.
