To maximize the value of stock holder was the core part of the sense of worth, with the changing of the environment, it is argued by different parts of the society. Ultimately, the new sense of worth of enterprise, which argued that the enterprise should run the social responsibility, is accepted by most of the scholars and companies. What we would like to do is to discuss how to fulfill the social responsibility on the level of strategy.Through the way of induction and deductive, analysis and synthesized, abstract and specific, first, we get the consequence that the symbiosis theory should be the new sense of worth of the company, and then, based on the symbiosis theory, on one hand, we modify the traditionary strategic theory of administration, on the other hand, we build the frame of running and monitor of the social responsibility strategy. On this basis, from the conceptual level and the level of implementation of the strategy, the two modules may be the coupling path. Finally, the case studies of GE support the idea of the proposed strategy coupled theory.The results show that, the enterprises should shape a "symbiotic business strategy," through the strategic interaction, on the basis of symbiotic theory. Ultimate achieve the symbiotic coupling of corporate social responsibility strategies and management Strategy.
