Real Estate Development And Corporate Strategic Risk Management Studies

Strategic risk management has become a new view angle and new scope to Enterprise Management,especially that of Strategy Management Study and its Practice.Theory of Strategic risk management is one of the availing theoretical achievements cross combined by the Strategy Management Study and Risk Management Study.It has been on the top attention of Enterprise Management both in theory and practical operations.With the globalize of trade and the unilateral of intenational economies world wide,Chinese real esate development enterprise has now been facing the changing factors like domestic macro control policy,dominant consuming paties,supply and demand fluctuations and increasing demands from consumers.Chinese real estate development enterprise has to face the fierce competitions from other domestic competitors as well as foreign investors and land agent.In the extreme change and uncertainty market,in order to fundamentally improve competitive advantages of real estate development enterprise,real estate development enterprise is not only keen on strategic management,but also on strategic risk. Because studying strategic risk of real estate development enterprise can deepen the level of strategic management,provide a new perspective for strategic management,promote enterprise executives to strengthen their strategic risk awareness.So,at the same time in the development of strategies,they will bring the strategic risk management into the strategic management of the areas to enhance the purpose of strategic performance,finally achieve the strategic management capabilities.In the context of Chinese real estate development enterprise real estate industry,this paper makes a theoretical and empritical study on the strategic risk management of real estate development enterprise based combination of strategic management theory, enterprise risk management theory,and systems engineering theory.The paper study has four major aspects.First,studying the composition factors of strategic risk and formation mechanism,and put forward the strategic risk definition and composition factors of real estate development enterprise.Second,analyzing the factors on impacting strategic risk of real estate development enterprise,including strategy environment factor,capacity factor and resource factor.Strategy environment factor include politic environment,policy environment,society environment,economy environment,the changing of consumers,and correlations.Third,studying strategic risk management of real estate development enterprise.First of all,two methods of environmental scanning and AHP are adopted to identifying risk.On the basis of analyzing the factors of impacting the strategy of real estate development enterprise,the strategic risk index system of real estate development enterprise is established.The strategic risk of real estate development enterprise is measured by the means of Fuzzy mathematics and relation theory.In the end,the measures and means of the strategic risk warning,control,and defending of real estate development enterprise are presented.Forth,Empirical analysis of strategic risk management of YunNan Expo-XinYun Real Estate Development Enterprise.
