Since reform and opening up,China's insurance industry after 30 years of rapid development,has rapidly grown to a remarkable new industry.At the same time,with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,a large number of the insurance business mushroomed as the main emerging,exacerbated by China's insurance market competitive situation,China's insurance industry has entered the era of full competition.In the era of knowledge economy,the competition among insurance companies is in the final analysis talent competition.Insurance companies to maintain personnel,we must continue to make greater efforts to the development of human resources.To strengthen front-line fighting in the battlefield of the general insurance Individual agents the training to enhance their overall quality and performance level, ultimately enhance the competitiveness of the insurance business objective is to achieve the insurance industry strategic planning an important way.
