Concept Of Change Of Fertility And Rural Old-age Security Policy Research

Ideology on childbearing is people's views on reproductive issues,belongs to the social ideology areas.The traditional birth of China's rural areas is formed under specific economic development of our countryside. Since the reform and open policy, the countryside economy and the social culture environment have changed,the ideology of childbearing has to a certain extent affected. In addition to 30 years in the implementation of the family planning policy, farmers childbearing concepts have been great changed.People no longer take the multi-multi-fu as the sole motive birth,also no longer take having a son as the only birth demand.The changes in reproductive behaviour is the direct consequence of the change of ideology on childbearing.The performances of the change in reproductive behaviour are the number of births, fertility preferences and other aspects ,which will surely lead to changes in the structure of the family.Family structure and function of China's rural areas will also change the traditional family supporting the old-age model.Because in China rural families pension is a traditional pension model, a number of children can support the old-ages with each other.But now the number of children in absolute reduction will directly affect the quality of the endowment. So rural elderly pension issues will become an important factor for the harmonious development. Therefore,our government should give more attention to the rural old-aged security policy:improving the ability of the land guarantee,exerting the ability of the family supporting the old-ages,perfecting the rural old-age insurance.We should establish rural old-aged security policy to ensure the development of a harmonious society in China.
