As China's market economy and improvement, the fierce market competition and technological change makes a strong marketing channels become increasingly important, more and more enterprises are increasingly aware of the importance of marketing channels, distribution channels will gradually management to the strategic level. However, in the channel management, the majority of enterprises still use the traditional channels for the initial operation mode and management. The development of marketing channels trend model, the channel model of how to achieve transformation and value-added, channel members how to change the role of play are in urgent need of solution.With the economic environment and rapidly changing environment of science and technology, business model innovation in distribution channels faster, the choice of the distribution channels mode is increasing selectivity. But at this stage, the decision of distribution channels model bases on the traditional decision-making channels of basic management theory and corporate foreign distribution channel management practices, and the decision-making of the distribution channels model are adaptive. So this article from the organizational ecology perspective, the distribution channels for enterprises to carry out a systematic pattern of decision-making research.The article is divided into seven parts. The first part is the background of the article ,significance of distribution channels to sort out the management of domestic and foreign research and presented research papers and methods; the second part, introduced the theory of organizational ecology and distribution channels of the main contents of management theory, for later lay the foundation for the theory of argumentation; third part is the current business model of distribution channels of several ways to choose, combined with current business practice, analysis of distribution channels at this stage enterprises in the limitations of model selection methods; fourth part, analysis the ecosystem distribution channels from four aspects of From the channel environment, channel stocks, channel resources, the mechanism of channel system, and explain the choosing of enterprises distribution channels models base on the organizational ecology; the fifth part, Construction and Analysis of the enterprises ecological model of the distribution channels models chosen, to provide a new perspective mode for enterprises; the sixth part , from the channel of the YH group mode changes, test and verify the enterprises ecological model of the distribution channels models chosen; Part VII, pointing out that innovation and the lack of paper, and put forward ideas and future research directions.
