Rural information is an important part of the social information, which is promoting rural economic and is an important factor of pushing China economic development. At present, Rural Information Construction is an important task in our government, so speeding rural communication development has more urgency. Through research on the development and marketing of rural communication market, it can develop new growth point of telecom industry, expand development space of telecom industry and improve comprehensive competitiveness of telecom industry. This paper embarks from the marketing theory, by analyzing the exterior and internal market environment of Yongjia Telecom, proposes the market segmentation and position of Yongjia Telecom. According to the characteristic of existing resources and more kinds of services in Yongjia Telecom, Yongjia Telecom establish corresponding marketing strategy to achieve the goal of keeping stock amount and increasing increment amount .Based on the characteristic of Yongjia market and demand of farmer ,Yongjia Telecom provides attractive service to meet real demand of farmer and achieves win-win effects; According to needs of enterprise development, accelerating the development of rual broadband market , developing new kinds of services market and guiding farmer to consume telecom products to solve communication demand of farmer, finally Yongjia telecom can rob rural communication market and extend market quota. This paper fingers out the problems of marketing in Yongjia Telecom, and discusses some strategies and solutions to these problems.
