In May2008, after a new round of communications industry integration andreorganization, it is formed that China Unicom, China Telecom and China Mobile, and theyare all business operators. In the northern market, broadband business is the mainly drivenbusiness of the three operators for increasing market share keeping incom growth..TUnicom company is the dominant operators of broadband market in T city, but with thecompetition, its dominant position and market share in a declining trend. Under thebackground of mobile internet, how to keeping its dominant position and achieving thecompany`s "one third of the world " strategic is a important issue to be solved.The paper studies the industry characteristics and market competition of broadbandbusiness in T city, analyzes the present situation and the major problems of T Unicomcompany`s broadband operating, and as the basis,use the major theories of enterprise strategyand marketing, from the organizational structure strategy, product differentiation strategy,leading services strategy, branding strategy, price equilibrium strategy, channel developmentstrategy, marketing promotion strategy and other aspects, and establish the evaluation systemincluding financial module,customer module,internal operation module and growth module,on the business process reengineering, human resources and information technology supportfor security, develop T Unicom company`s broadband operating strategy.
